New Austin Golden Hour News

The show title for Austin Golden Hour has now changed to Pulse. Justin's characters name has changed from Rhett Baker to Rhett Clark, making him and the character Ashley 'Ash' Clark related. Also new cast member has been announced with Jaime Lee Kirchner playing London Tremaine.

With the show making these adjustments it is possible that the show will picked up.

Now I hate to be the bearer of bad news and especially from this source, but according to Kristin Dos Santos of E! Online she has breaking news from her CW "sources"...

90210 is a go

Reaper is most likely to be picked up

Aliens In America is definitely gone

One other show will be picked up and its either, HTTFRG (w/ CW fan fave Joanna Garcia) or Austin Golden Hour (w/ CW fan fave Justin Hartley). Which one will get picked up it is not known yet.

So remember like she says on her site, NONE of this is 100% official until you see the CW Upfronts unveiled on Tuesday or Tania, Abby or myself post it on here for you to see. Plus I take 99.9% info from KDS with a grain of salt. I rely more on TVGuide than her.

But from what I'm reading on the web people want to see AGH and hopefully DO gets it right this time and gives Justin a show.

Variety.com is reporting that Austin Golden Hour is not expected to be on the Fall's schedule according to the buzz from the CW, here's what they have to say:

As for buzz on the rest of the CW's fall sked, the new "Beverly Hills 90210" redux and "HTTFRG" are both expected to score timeslots. Also, bubble entry "Reaper" is expected to get a second season, while comedies "Everybody Hates Chris" and "The Game" are expected to open up CW's new "Smackdown"-free Friday.

Soaps.com recently did an interview with Eric Martsolf (ex-Ethan, Passions) while he was stuck on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles. This is what he said in regards to Brawn & Glamour...

... But he still keeps in touch with a lot of his co-stars, including Lindsay Hartley (Theresa) and Justin Hartley (ex-Fox) who he is filming a series of webisodes with. Titled, “Brawn and Glamour”, the upcoming online series is the brainchild of Justin and Eric from when they were working together on Passions. A comedy focusing on a group of highly dysfunctional people who sabotage each other’s lives, Eric warns that the webisodes won’t be round two for Theresa, Ethan and Fox, but assured me it will still be fun to tune into.

Also receiving strong early buzz is CBS' Simon Baker starrer "The Mentalist." Other pilots receiving positive feedback include CBS' drama "Exit 19" and the comedies "Single White Millionaire," "My Best Friend's Girl," "Worst Week" and the Mike Birbiglia project, as well as the CW drama "Austin Golden Hour."
